airBaltic Links with KLM to Offer More Destinations Globally




Latvian national airline airBaltic has concluded a cooperation agreement with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, including code-sharing of flights between Riga and Amsterdam. KLM offers convenient onward connections from Amsterdam to destinations in both Europe and overseas, airBaltic from Riga to destinations in Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS.

Bertolt Flick, President and CEO of airBaltic: “We are very happy to have reached this agreement with KLM, one of Europe’s largest and most experienced carriers. Now we are able to offer our customers onward connections on KLM to over 150 destinations worldwide. KLM passengers, on their side, will find convenient connections on airBaltic to Riga and onward to destinations in Russia and CIS.”

The new agreement will enable airBaltic passengers to reach 72 intercontinental and 79 European destinations via Amsterdam Schiphol, to almost any spot on the globe.
