The Honda Aircraft Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Honda Motor Company .The new company was created in August 2006 under the leadership of president and CEO Michimasa Fujino who made the first sketches of Honda jet..The HondaJet is the first aircraft developed by the Honda company.Hondajet made its maiden flight in December 2003.Honda jet made its debut in EAA Air Venture air show in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, in July 2005. In 2004 Honda and GE joined hands and formed a joint venture based around Honda’s originally developed HF118 jet engine.In 2006 honda began taking customer orders for Honda jets.
