Matt has added the final part to QT # 32.
It is indeed Richard Lane's NZ Aerospace CT/4B Airtrainer ZK-JMF , c/n 086.
First flown at Hamilton as NZ1938 on 28-10-1976 it served with the RNZAF from 24-12-76 until bcoming ZK-JMF with Aeromotive Ltd on 14-09-2000.
The Massey University School of Aviation at NZPN had it in their name from 23-01-2001 until transfer back to Aeromotive on 12-03-03.
Richard I Lane of Christchurch took over from 22-09-03.

Kragujevac

The city of Kragujevac, located in Central Serbia, is the hub of Serbia’s auto industry. The town is the home of the Zastava car maker which has recently been purchased by Italian Fiat with major production of new model cars to start in 2010. Due to the new owners the town has undertaken major modernisation projects in the sphere of infrastructure and telecommunication. Now there are plans for a new airport to be built. The city has received an 8 billion Dinar budget for 2009 (89.7 million Euros). Part of this money will be invested in a feasibility study which will determine if an airport would be necessary. Residents on the outskirts of the city have given their approval for an airport to be built nearby. The airport would cater for business travellers due to the increased number of projects in Eastern Serbia. It would also serve as a cargo airport in order to transport newly produced cars more easily. In the later stages of development the airport will be able to cater for all aircraft types.

Serbia currently has 4 international airports (if Priština Airport, located in the disputed region of Kosovo is included). Next to Belgrade and Niš there is also an international airport in Vršac, located in Northern Serbia, although it is exclusively used for sporting aviation and pilot training. Kragujevac is the fourth largest city in Serbia and the largest in Central Serbia.

General Dynamics Allison Convair 440/580 VH-PAL , c/n 501 pulled into Timaru on 01-01-2009. Still carrying the name "Joan -'The Jet Prop' " this was ZK-PAL2 with Pionair Adventures Ltd from 24-09-03 until 15-08-08 when it transferred to Pionair Australia Pty Ltd.

Also at Camden on 16-12-2008 with ZK-HYX was the Rick Lucas (Helipro) Kawasaki BK117 B-1 ZK-HYT4 , c/n 1030, wearing the number "267". [This was previously ZK-HGQ3 between 01-03-07 and 13-05-08]
Eagle eyes may note the Wildcat Bell 212 C-GSGT , c/n 30771, {no ZK connections} in the background beyond ZK-HYX.

It is not a tin pigeon but a CT/4B Plastic Parrot.
But I haven't seen any sign of a ZK registration yet.
It's ex RNZAF & currently on the NZ civil register (does that help ?).

Steep financial decent in 2009?

Montenegro Airline will request funds from the government in 2009 if the global financial crisis takes its toll on the carrier. Cost cutting measures have already been implemented including pay decreases for all employed and the in-flight catering which has been simplified. A decrease in the number of bookings was felt by the Montenegrin national carrier in the last 2 months of 2008. The management will decide soon if they will need government subsidiaries to weather the crisis. During 2008 Montenegro Airlines served 500.000 passengers, a 17.2% increase compared to 2007. The carrier also ended 2008 with a profit of 55 million Euros. Montenegro Airlines CEO, Zoran Đurišić, said, “2008 will be remembered as one of the most difficult years in the aviation industry due to the high price of oil. Montenegro Airlines payed 17 million for oil instead of the planned 9 million”. This means that 42% of all expenditure went on the purchase of oil. The next Embraer aircraft for Montenegro Airlines will arrive in May while the third one should arrive in February or March 2010, depending on the global crisis.

There are also fears how Montenegro as a country will financially survive 2009 after the country’s government rejected all proposals by the International Monitory Fund (IMF) in formulating its 2009 budget. The IMF warns Montenegro could go bankrupt.
