As an Aerospace Technologist (AST), specializing in Reliability, the incumbent serves as a GSFC expert in Reliability Engineering and Probabilistic Risk Assessment. The work involves establishing, maintaining, and evaluating reliability engineering and assurance programs through all phases of aeronautical and aerospace systems, launch vehicles, spacecraft, and associated ground support equipment from design through operational use.
