The Australian Aviation Works Karatoo J6C ZK-KTO (c/n J6 673P) is the trusty stead of Mike Small.
Originally Subaru powered it was converted to a Rotax 912 in about October 2007.

Allan Barr was up from Timaru in his Cessna 172M ZK-DRN (c/n 172M 63491). Originally an import for the Rotorua Aero Club in early 1975, it went to private ownership in late 1988 and moved down to Timaru in February of 1996
