GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS
Harrods Aviation is pleased to be recruiting for the position of General Manager Operations. The role will be responsible for the day to day management of its FBO facilities at both London Stansted and Luton Airport locations.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the key objectives of this role are to: -
Maintain a consistently high standard of service delivery throughout the operational departments
Encourage, support and develop all operational managers to enhance and improve the operational department
Closely monitor monthly budget results
Ensure effective communication links with customer representatives, airport authorities, regulatory bodies and third party suppliers.
As this role is a senior management position, candidates will have extensive aviation experience with demonstrable expertise in the management of a large pool of operational staff. You will need to prove that you possess the necessary skills to carry out this role effectively and show an outgoing personality with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent communication skills and a pro-active, enthusiastic and self-motivated demeanor will be essential attributes for success in this position.

QUALITY MANAGER
Harrods Aviation are currently looking for a Quality Manager for the operations department.
The purpose of this new role is to ensure that work is performed to the highest safety standard in accordance with industry safety regulations.
Key objectives of the role are:
Champion support and lead quality improvements throughout the operational departments
Ensure that all the operational procedures are collated and contained within one operational quality manual
Introduce an approved audit programme
Conduct and maintain scheduled audits
Regular monitoring of safety rules and regulation surrounding operations.
As this role is a senior management position candidates will ideally have extensive aviation experience including demonstrable experience in a senior management position and ideally ISAGO trained. You will need to demonstrate the necessary skills to carry out this role. You should have a self motivated, calm and methodical personality and have the ability to communicate effectively.
