Responsibilities:
Summary:  Instructors are responsible for, but not limited to: Training and instruction to customers on all aspects of UAS-I software; Training newly assigned personnel; Reinforcement training; Review/revise PowerPoint Presentations, Training Support Package, and End User Manuals as required; Classroom security; Training hardware security; Create Help Desk Tickets (HDT’s) through the Help Desk Website; Special projects; Maintain professional appearance and mannerisms; Assist Team Lead and Senior Trainer; This position requires extensive travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Become UAS-I Subject Matter Expert while maintaining proficiency to instruct additional modules to include, but not limited to: Logbook, Quality Control, Production Control, Shops, Technical Supply, Commanders Dashboard, and SASMO.  Mandatory 90 day instruction requirement for Intro, Logbook, BackShops, and Phase or Technical Supply  (3 Day Course).  If this mandatory requirement can not be met, termination may result.
    Certify / Validate aviation and ground historical records and logbook records with customers to ensure accuracy.
    Research conflicts of data entries, in customer historical forms and records, to ensure accuracy and quality of historical records.

Education and/or Experience:
    Masters degree in related discipline with less than three (3) years of related experience; or Bachelors degree in related discipline plus two (2) years of related experience; or HS/GED plus five (5) years of related experience. Six (6) years of applicable experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree. A BS/BA degree plus four (4) years of applicable experience may be substituted for a MS/MA degree.
    Experience is required in writing technical reports and providing presentations and demonstrations.
    Knowledge and understanding of Army Aviation maintenance principles and The Army Maintenance Management System – Aviation (TAMMS-A) and The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) for ground systems maintenance. Existing knowledge of SARSS, ULLS-A Supply, SAMS-E are a must.
    Ability to interface with all levels of military and civilian personnel.

Language Skills:  Ability to read, analyze, and interpret government regulations. Ability to speak effectively, create reports and write correspondence that is clear and well organized.

Mathematical Skills:  Ability to use basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, discounts, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:  Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:  Thorough understanding of basic computer operations.  Working knowledge of MS Windows, Power Point, Database Management, Adobe, and MS Windows.
