Description:

Our large Aerospace client (Rotorcraft) is looking for a B1 Licensed engineer - Perm
Carry out the certification of maintenance and repair on Eurocopter rotorcraft. AS350, AS355N+F, AS365, EC120, EC130, EC135, EC155.
Accomplishment of maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by Maintenance Supervisors. This is a certifying role that requires an EASA Part 66 license in A, B1.3 and C category (Turbine Rotorcraft). The ability to work as a team leader and to high standard to ensure continued safe operation of the aircraft.
Working knowledge of EASA regulations most importantly Part 145, Part M and UK ANO requirements is essential.
Completion of maintenance, including airframe structure, power plant and mechanical and electrical systems. Replacement of avionic line replaceable units, requiring simple tests to prove there serviceability.
Supervision of maintenance fitters and the certification of their work.
Also required to assist in day to day running of Hangar, including aircraft movement and general house keeping responsibilities.
Thorough knowledge of engine and airframe systems and specialised test equipment.
